Choosing Hampdens was one of the best decisions I made during my home renovation. Christopher and Olga were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They listened, they cared, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting.

The Hampdens team took the time to really understand my vision and brought it to life with such patience and expertise. They were always there when I needed them, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do.

We had a Häcker German kitchen supplied and fitted by Hampdens German Kitchens & Bedrooms a while ago, and I've deliberately waited to write this. Most reviews go up the week after installation, before anyone knows how things hold up. Ours has now had proper daily use, and I can say it has held up very well.

The quality of the Häcker units is excellent. Doors, drawers and hinges all still feel as solid as the day they went in. The installation was professional from start to finish, and the fitters left the kitchen tidy and finished to a high standard.

Chris has been the standout. He was responsive and full of good ideas during the design stage, and he supported us all the way through the fitting. What has impressed me most is the aftercare. Even now, long after the job was paid for, he always answers the phone and gives honest advice. That includes questions that have nothing to do with the kitchen itself, such as the appliances I chose.

If you want a German kitchen from people who still care after the invoice is settled, I'd recommend Chris and Hampdens without hesitation. Five stars, and well earned.

There was no limit to the time they spent with us and their expertise and advice was invaluable. Chris and the Hampdens team were nothing short of brilliant. We were looking to install a high end modern kitchen at a reasonable price point and Hampdens were the outstanding choice to be able to deliver on this.

Chris spent hours with us across multiple weekends on designing the kitchen, looking at the layout in what was a slightly tricky shaped room, and showing us the range of possibilities within the Hacker range, including a day at their London showroom.

In terms of the installation, his team were a dream and everything was carefully co-ordinated by Chris and the installation was completed efficiently and without any issues.

Chris is someone who cares deeply about the service, the delivery and customer satisfaction - his reputation deserves the recognition as he is absolutely exceptional.

Chris was patient at the design stage and we had multiple meetings to ensure the design, for an awkward space, was exactly right. Pleased with Hacker units so far which seem to be good quality.
